We’re delighted to announce the launch of our new website and MyRaven customer portal – empowering you to access our services.

We’re always striving to improve our customer service. We’ve been listening to your feedback, and it’s making our online services much better, making sure we prioritise what’s most important to you. We’ve made MyRaven easier to navigate and it’s brimming with great new features and lots of useful information!

Our new website is packed with news and information about your home, services and support, so you can find what you’re looking for without the need to pick up the phone. The website and MyRaven both include a toolbar with lots of assistance features providing speech, reading and translation support.

MyRaven enables you to access services and information 24/7, putting YOU in control! It’s never been easier to carry out regular tasks, like paying your rent and checking your balance from the comfort of your own home.

Registration is easy

To register all you need is your agreement number (which can be found on your rent statement or by calling Customer Services) and personal details to make full use of the self-service features.

Functions include:

  • Changing your personal details, raising and tracking anti-social behaviour cases or complaints, making an enquiry and requesting support
  • Uploading documents so you can provide evidence to support personal details you wish to change, saving you time as you no longer need to send them in the post
  • Attaching photos and videos – handy when requesting a repair and you want to show us exactly where and what the problem is. This is just one of the new initiatives of the online repairs service.
