A message from our Chief Executive

The 12 months covered by this report have been a real rollercoaster for us all.

For some, it’s meant more time with the family and less commuting whilst for others we’ve felt increased isolation and reduced employment security. This report tells the story of how Raven has been here to support you, our customers and your communities throughout the pandemic – whether it’s delivering food from the food bank, regularly calling our most vulnerable customers, or supporting those that needed it via our Customer Support Fund (previously known as the Hardship Fund).
