Taking a fresh look at affordability

Earlier this year we started a research project called Voice of the Customer to help us understand what our customers value and what areas we need to improve.

Interviews with over 300 customers told us that the single most important thing about living in a Raven home is affordability – not only in terms of the rent, but the running costs; heating, electricity, water, bills and the ability to live comfortably.

We know that solving complex issues such as affordability takes time and collaboration. So we have set up an innovation team at Raven called Spark Lab. The team will work alongside customers over a 12-week period to develop and test ideas which will improve affordability of living. They will be start their research by gathering as much information as possible about how customers are affected by issues of affordability – and what ‘living well’ really means to you.

We are now looking for Raven customers who would be happy to take part in interviews. We can either visit your home at time convenient for you, or arrange a phone call.

It would take no more than 45 minutes and you will receive a £10 shopping voucher for your time.
