Affordable homes in Redhill
A new development of affordable homes which will provide new properties for those of pensionable age and free up larger houses for young families, was completed in May in the centre of Redhill.

The development provides a total of 34 one and two-bedroom apartments and houses in Ranmore Close which will be rented to residents looking to downsize. The new properties in Ranmore Close are for rent at affordable levels and come fully carpeted, with a fitted kitchen and bathroom and allocated parking.


“The development is for residents of pensionable age who are currently living in homes larger than they need. By working with residents to support them to move to new, smaller, but well-designed homes with lower maintenance and running costs, we are hoping to free up their larger houses for families who are in desperate need of more space."


We have offered residents transferring to the new development a range of assistance, including help with moving, clearance of bulk items from their old home and half a day of handyman services to hang curta
ins etc."


The construction work on the homes is now complete and we already had a number of residents move in” said Alison Bennett, Raven’s Development Director.

Burrstone Gardens,
Portland Drive

The better weather during the past couple of months has allowed contractors, Stack London, to make some good progress on site at Burrstone Gardens. The development is really starting to take shape and for those who have been watching it closely for some time will have noticed the first homes starting to appear.

The development will deliver 50 homes for private sale and will include spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- and three-bedroom homes. The first homes are due to be launched in the Summer, with the show home being ready in October.
