A message from our Chief Executive
After the challenges of 2020, I think it’s fair to say we were all hoping for a better, kinder year to follow.
Unfortunately 2021 and 2022 did not turn out how we all hoped and planned. The 12 months covered in this report - from the beginning of April 2021, to the end of March 2022 – have once again been tremendously challenging, as we emerged from the pandemic and walked straight into a cost-of-living crisis.
We know that it’s during the most difficult times that people need extra support, and as you look through this report, you’ll see that as well as ensuring we continue to provide safe and secure homes, our teams have also continued to offer additional support and advice to hundreds of people throughout our communities. Whether it’s been advice on how to access work, education or training, or support with budgets and accessing benefit funds, our teams across Raven have been here to help.
