At the end of last year, we released a new update to MyRaven allowing you to completely manage your repair online. So wherever, whenever, you can log on to MyRaven and book an appointment and track your repair at a time that works for you!

Our new diagnostic tool allows you to tell us exactly where the problem is and what needs fixing – just click on the issue within each room to drill down to the accurate place.
This will help us allocate your job to the right trades person.
24/7 access gives you control
Join over 4,000 Raven customers who are currently using MyRaven. As well as managing your repairs, don’t forget you can also use MyRaven to:
- View and amend your personal information
- View and download your agreements
- Make payments, request support and view financial statements
- Report and track anti-social behaviour
- Access key documents for your tenancy

Upload pictures
It’s really useful for us if you can upload pictures of your issue that needs repairing.
This will help our trades team to understand your issue and if specific parts need to be ordered.
Book and manage your appointment
Choose a time that works for you and we’ll be there to sort your repair!
You can choose a morning, afternoon, school run or all day slot to fit around your private plans. If we’ve got your mobile number, we’ll send you a text to confirm your appointment, a reminder and another text before we’re due to arrive. There’s no need to find time to call us for updates.
Something cropped up? Don’t worry! You can log on to your MyRaven account to change your appointment, depending on availability.
