I’m Natalie Flageul and I thought this would be a great opportunity to say ‘hello’ to you all.
I recently joined Raven Housing Trust as the Executive Director of Customer Experience. We’re focussing on improving your experience of Raven by bringing together all our customer facing teams which include, the contact centre, housing services, repairs, maintenance, and our support services like Moneywise.
I’m thrilled to be part of Raven at such an exciting time, and I’m passionate about making a real difference to you by working closely with our customer facing teams.
